**Reduced fee: Schools located in the following countries (classified as low income, lower middle income or upper middle income based on the World Bank List of Economies, July 2007) qualify for reduced membership fees:

Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Georgia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia, Slovak Republic, Turkey and Ukraine.
