TWS is an online Secondary School modelled after a ‘regular’ school. We offer full time tuition to learners aged 11 – 21 in virtual classrooms led by live, qualified secondary teachers. Classes are from years 7 to 13.

TWS is a Sixth Form College, we currently offer 14 A’ Level subjects and 3 Access Diplomas to 16 – 21 year olds aiming to go to university.

TWS is a Democratic school, this means our learners have a say in what and how they learn and also in the way our school is run. Learners, parents and teachers can attend our fortnightly school meetings and vote on school matters including rules and sanctions.

TWS is a Human Scale School; we operate on the Human Scale Education principles, with a maximum of 15 learners per class. Each learner is treated as a unique individual with unique needs; each has a personal tutor to guide and support.

TWS is a Non-Selective School. We welcome applicants of all races, faiths, from all backgrounds and of all abilities; applicants do not have to take entrance examinations.
TWS is an Independent School; and is therefore fee –paying and free from local authority control.
